Puckababy delivers to your door in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

Didn't find the confirmation email in your spam folder either? In that case, check whether the purchase amount has already been deducted from your account and send an email to hello@puckababy.com, stating the email address you used to place your order. We will check this for you as soon as possible.

The invoice is attached to the shipping confirmation you receive by email.
You will receive the invoice as soon as your order has been shipped.
Your payment will have been received at that stage.

Your order will be prepared immediately and shipped fully automatically.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.
You can always returnthe order when you have received it.

Shipping

Your order will be prepared and shipped fully automatically the same day. You will receive the shipping confirmation by email as soon as the parcel has shipped.
Be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Didn't receive a shipping confirmation?
If you didn't find the confirmation email in your spam folder either, send an email to hello@puckababy.com, stating your order number.
We will check this for you as soon as possible.

As a rule, the courier service will deliver your parcel within 72 hours of collecting it.
The shipping confirmation email will include a track & trace link for your order.

If you haven't received your parcel over a week after your order, make sure to let us know.
Send an email with your order number to hello@puckababy.com.
We will check where your parcel is as soon as possible.

The parcel service may have delivered your parcel in a place near your home or with the neighbours.

Check to see if that is the case, and if you can't find the parcel anywhere, send an email to hello@puckababy.com stating your order number.

For any orders over 59 EUR, you get free shipping. 

We chose not to add any paper documents to your parcel. This keeps the impact on the environment as small as possible. The overview of your order can be found in the order confirmation email.
The invoice is sent together with your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

You can return your order in its original condition, unwashed and preferably in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Mention the reason for returning the product on the return form, and add it to the parcel.

Attention! Sleeping bags with name print cannot be returned.

Did the product arrive in a damaged condition or become damaged during normal use?
In that case, first report your complaint email

You can return your product in its original condition, unwashed and preferably in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We will refund the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipment will be at your own expense.

You can then order the desired product again in the web shop.

Did the product arrive in a damaged condition or become damaged during normal use?
Send an email with:

  • the reason for complaint
  • a photo of the product and the tracking label (this can be found with the laundry label)
  • your proof of purchase or order number

to hello@puckababy.com. We will help you to find a suitable solution.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product or of receiving the shipping confirmation sent tohello@puckababy.com.

  • If the entire order is cancelled: you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs back in your account.
  • If part of the order is cancelled: you will receive the purchase amount of the returned products excluding shipping costs.

Return shipments are at your own expense.

Sustainability is very important to us, so return shipments are at your own expense. The more products are returned, the greater the impact on the environment. We will be happy to advise you if you are in any doubt about a product, the product size and so on. That is how we hope to limit returns as much as possible.
