It is therefore important to observe your baby closely and make adjustments if he or she continues to sleep very restless despite having chosen the right clothes.

In general, keep the room nice and fresh and make sure your baby has enough room to move around to keep himself or herself warm. This will allow him or her to sleep soundly during the cold winter months.

The different fabrics at a glance
